PROGRESS WITH NEW SMALL ANIMAL CLINIC
We are making great strides with our new small animal clinic – the building work is almost complete. This phase of work will cost just over €250,000. Our October (2008) Appeal was a high point, raising just over €30,000 for the project. The good news is that we reached our target. You can see some of the completed rooms by viewing the photographs shown here – it’s all very exciting. We would like to express gratitude to those of you who gave in October and right throughout the year. Whilst times may be difficult economically, there is great optimism towards our work in helping needy pets and their owners access the care they need.

2009 AND BEYOND We aim to keep you up to date with progress in 2009. There is plenty of fundraising yet to do – for example completing the veterinary fit-out of the new facility early in the New Year. Facing the future we want to ensure that the greatest number of needy pets will be assisted at the lowest cost to the Charity. The new facility will help us greatly in this regard.
