When you donate €250 or more, it enables the charity to claim the tax back from both PAYE and Self-Assessed supporters at a new blended rate of 31%. Please download and complete the relevant Tax Relief Form below:
- The CHY 3 form is called an Enduring Certificate which means you only need to sign once and it lasts for five years.
- The CHY 4 form is an Annual Certificate.
