Who is Eligible

Our low cost veterinary services are available to pets whose owners are on certain means-tested benefits. If you fall into this category, you need to check and see if you are within our catchment area of 40kms from our Inchicore clinic.

Our veterinary care is available to pets whose owners are in receipt of certain mean-tested benefits and who live within a defined catchment area of our small animal clinic in Inchicore.  If you meet these criteria, you may register as a client of The Irish Blue Cross.  Veterinary care is not free but we do charge more affordable fees which cover the basic cost of treatment.
